Carterton Youth Council have introduced the “Bright Ideas Initiative” which is a scheme to encourage people of Carterton to send in their ideas for projects, activities and improvements in the town. The applications will be short-listed by the Youth Council and those considered worthy of taking forward will be taken to the Town Council.
